- Rally ace Sébastien Ogier lifts the Race Of Champions trophy after a Grand Final victory over Le Mans legend Tom Kristensen. Formula 1 great Michael Schumacher is knocked out in the semi-finals along with DTM champion Martin Tomczyk. Schumacher earlier beat reigning F1 champion Sebastian Vettel in a titanic quarter-final showdown between last night’s ROC Nations Cup victors.

- Michael Schumacher and Sebastian Vettel secured their fifth consecutive ROC Nations Cup title for Team Germany to delight their home fans. Team Germany defeated Team Nordic’s Tom Kristensen and Juho Hänninen by two heats to nil in the final. Semi-final disappointment for Team France (Sébastien Ogier and Romain Grosjean) and Team Great Britain (Jenson Button and Andy Priaulx)

Schumacher will partner Sebastian Vettel for Team Germany as they bid for a record fifth ROC Nations Cup win in front of their home crowd

- The Red Bull FMX riders will feature in a packed programme of entertainment at the Race Of Champions in Düsseldorf on December 3-4. Highlights include the Lotus Renault GP two-seater F1 car, rally legend Stig Blomqvist in the Audi S1, Chris Pfeiffer Streetbike Freestyle Rider and stunt driver Terry Grant’s world record attempt for driving on two wheels. The shows run alongside the main event, the Race Of Champions, whose line-up includes three Formula 1 world champions

- Surprise 2010 ROC Champion of Champions Filipe Albuquerque will defend his title at December’s Race Of Champions in Düsseldorf. The Portuguese driver stunned the ROC field last year, defeating reigning world champions Sebastian Vettel and Sébastien Loeb en route to the title. Albuquerque will face a similarly daunting field that includes three F1 world champions for ROC 2011 in Düsseldorf on December 3-4
- 23.11.2011 Rally aces Hänninen and Kopecký head to ROC 2011
- ROC 2011 will feature two of the brightest stars in rallying as Intercontinental Rally Challenge duo Juho Hänninen and Jan Kopecký join the field. Finland’s Hänninen, the 2011 S-WRC champion and 2010 IRC champion, will team up with Le Mans legend Tom Kristensen for Team Nordic. Czech driver Kopecký, IRC runner-up for the last three years, will partner F1 star Vitaly Petrov in Team Slavic, the first ROC pairing from Eastern Europe

- Multiple Formula 1 grand prix winner David Coulthard will compete against a star-studded field at December’s Race Of Champions.
Coulthard won a total of 13 F1 grands prix, finishing no less than five times in the world championship top three in over a decade at the top. The Scotsman, who now commentates for the BBC and competes in DTM, joins three F1 world champions in the field for ROC 2011 in Düsseldorf

- Timo Glock and Timo Scheider will pair up to form SAT1 Team Germany 2 at December’s ROC Nations Cup in Düsseldorf. Formula 1 racer Glock and double DTM champion Scheider will join forces for the host nation’s second team at the event on December 3. F1 world champions Sebastian Vettel and Michael Schumacher have already signed up to defend the ROC Nations Cup title for Team Germany

- Motor sport legend Tom Kristensen will compete in his 11th consecutive Race Of Champions at Düsseldorf’s ESPRIT arena in December
The Dane has won the Le Mans 24-Hour race more than any man in history, with a total of eight victories and counting
Kristensen will partner Mattias Ekström for Team Nordic in a field that already features three F1 world champions.
- 23.11.2011 ROC Legends to race in Düsseldorf
- December’s Race Of Champions at Düsseldorf’s ESPRIT arena will feature a ROC Legends competition involving some of the greats of motorsport. Formula 1 racers Heinz-Harald Frentzen, Jos Verstappen and Hans-Joachim Stuck will compete alongside rally ace Armin Schwarz at the special event. ROC Legends will be run on December 4 as a prelude to the individual Race Of Champions, which features a field including three F1 world champions. The special ROC Legends race will take place before the Race Of Champions at Düsseldorf’s ESPRIT arena on Sunday December 4, 2011.
- 23.11.2011 Race Of Champions to launch mobile racing game
- A state-of-the-art official Race Of Champions mobile racing game is on its way for iPhone, iPad and Android mobile devices
The new game will be launched in the second half of October ahead of the 2011 edition of the Race Of Champions, to be held in Düsseldorf on December 3-4. The game, to be co-published with racing game specialist Invictus, will be available on iTunes and Android app stores

- We were really looking forward to the Autosport show this year. There was so much to share with fans… like our new brand and the coming-soon iPhone app. That’s why we went all out to make sure that our stand was our best one yet. - Autosport International 2011 was spectacular in so many ways – especially when two racing legends dropped in to say hello. Racing driver, stunt driver, TV host and all round good guy, Tanner Foust couldn’t resist taking a closer look at the RX150 buggy, and he’s looking forward to the championship reaching American shores.
